HILLSONG UNITED MANILA 2014

 

Finally, another Hillsong United Concert! This has been such a memorable night to all of us who have witnessed a kind of concert that is very meaningful. Being inside a room with other people praising, shouting, singing and having one desire.

For whatever position you are in inside the coliseum -at the very top or very front- the spirit and the overwhelming feeling is equally distributed throughout the whole place. I can see that every individual person is with Jesus that time. Everything just feels light and smooth that every hunger or ache you have in your body is washed away.

We came there with an empty stomach and left with a full heart filled with God's unending shower of blessing. We never even thought that we were hungry the fact that we're standing there for 3 hours. 

All the people were dancing and singing and shouting like there's no tomorrow! My tears were even hesitating if it'll pour or not because the feeling there was just crazy-filled with joy that you don't know if it'll make you cry or smile or laugh.

By that time, every youth or person in every age have one goal, and that is to continually praise Jesus. I can't believe that millions of people are praising Him. This is just a great opportunity to be with the people that have one goal in life same as yours.

I know that from the moment you were in the crowd, you've already made a decision or rather a path to take ,and that is to live every single day or second carrying God's perfect will for you. The only thing that is at the top of your list is to make His name famous because no one else deserves that than Him. Only Him. 

At the very beginning you stepped into this world that He created, He already loved you, actually, even before you were born.

We've sinned every day and the only thing we need to do to enter His kingdom is to talk to Him. He only wants a minute in Your life even though some people are already wanting Him out of their lives, but still He loves you.

"Freedom found in Your scars
In Your grace my life redeemed
For You chose to take the sinner's crown
As You placed Your crown on me."

Aftermath

And now, I've again swore to live for God. I will continue to praise Him even if my throat won't let me.

This night completely changed me, and for sure everyone that were there, too. Songs that are made for God are definitely needed and are worthy in the institute of music. It's never been tiring and once you've listened to it, you'll be wanting more.

I'm beyond grateful to witness such an event with these people. All of us were jumping and singing and lifting our hands to the air the whole time despite our empty stomachs.

And up 'till now, we will praise Him and live the life He planned for us because His will is just so perfect in every way.
