EASTER SUNDAY

Belated Easter Sunday, fellas! Sorry for posting late for we had a fellowship yesterday that's why I wasn't able to post. It's been a long time since I posted here. Now let's get to the topic, "Easter Sunday"

Easter Sunday is the day that we celebrate Jesus' resurrection from the dead. It means that He is really the Son of God. How cool is it, huh? Everytime I think of Christmas day and Easter Sunday, I always have this "kilig" feeling, not because I'm feeling the christmas spirit nor the finding of easter eggs, but I get this feeling  because I know that we celebrate for Christ.
He came down to Earth, to redeem us. He has been mocked, beaten up to death and carried the cross including our sins for our sake. We truly have a lot to be thankful for.

So.. Did you guys had a very meaningful Easter Sunday?

I have a very meaningful one. After the Easter Sunday service, we had a fellowship at our house along with the other CYF members. TRULY God is abundant with love, because even if we're only 7 in number, we had a big revelation.

We watched the movie, "The Grace Card" - It's all about forgiveness. That was the main point of the story. However, I learnt 3 points in the story relating to my life.

I learned how to forgive. For the past 10 years of my life (excluding my baby days), it's been really a burden to me forgiving people. I'm that person who won't forgive easily. I sometimes tend to forgive a person only after a month or two when he/she did something wrong to me. I learned here that I am a sinner; that God has forgiven me. Why can't I do that to others? People will hurt us; that's a fact. Even if they hurt us over and over again, what's there not to forgive?

God gives us people and situations for a reason. We may need them; or they may need us. Either way, God has a plan. Even if I'm hearing this a thousand times already, I really felt yesterday the true understanding and meaning of the words, "God has a plan"

Lastly, I learned here that people will mock you; will not believe in you; will test your faith. Even if you lift weights of Gods Words or exercise spiritually, if you don't have this strong faith with God, you can easily be deceived.

Let's love, all the way! Let's love, even if loving people means hurting our pride.
Let's love, for God loves us. Happy Easter Sunday!
